Careful Cleans is a home cleaning company operating in East Dulwich and Honor Oak Park, South London. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us. Contact us at: admin@carefulcleans.co.uk
When you submit a quote request we collect: your name, email address, phone number, property address area, number of bedrooms, service required and any additional notes you provide.
We collect your data solely to respond to your cleaning enquiry, provide a quote and deliver the cleaning service you have requested. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Your data is processed through Formspree (formspree.io) and stored in our secure email inbox. We do not store your data on any public servers. Formspree is GDPR compliant.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your first name, contact number and address with the self-employed cleaner assigned to your job solely for the purpose of completing your clean.

Careful Cleans arranges professional cleaning services by connecting customers with self-employed cleaners. All prices are confirmed before the clean takes place.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all new bookings, deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans. The remaining balance is due on completion. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. A same day booking fee of £35 applies to all bookings made within 24 hours of the clean.
Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund.
All our cleaners carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during a clean, please contact us within 24 hours at admin@carefulcleans.co.uk and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service please contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will arrange a re-clean of any unsatisfactory areas at no extra charge if a valid complaint is raised within this timeframe.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property. Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse entry or leave a property if they feel unsafe at any point.
