Many of our clients are not home when we clean, and we take great care to ensure the safety and security of your property. If you are comfortable with us cleaning while you're away, simply provide us with access to your home, and we will take care of the rest.
  • Can my animals be present during my cleaning?
    At Careful Cleans, we understand that pets are an important part of your family. We are more than happy to work around your pets while we clean your home. Please let us know if you have any special instructions or preferences regarding your pets during our cleaning service. Our team members are trained to be pet-friendly and respectful of your animals while they work. However, for the safety of both your pets and our staff, we may ask for your pets to be kept in a separate area while our team is cleaning certain parts of your home, such as when using certain cleaning products or equipment. If you have any specific concerns or requirements regarding your pets during our cleaning service, please don't hesitate to communicate them to our team in advance. We strive to accommodate your needs and ensure a safe and comfortable cleaning experience for both you and your pets.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes, Careful Cleans is fully licensed and insured, providing peace of mind to our clients.
  • Do you provide refunds?
    At Careful Cleans, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. At this time, we do not offer refunds on any services. However, we will be happy to send our team back to your home to ensure that you are satisfied with your cleaning.
  • What don't you clean?
    At Careful Cleans, we specialize in providing thorough and detailed cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. While we strive to cover a wide range of cleaning tasks, there are certain areas and items that we do not clean. These may include biohazardous materials, mold removal, pest infestations, hazardous chemicals, extreme clutter or hoarding situations, and exterior cleaning such as windows or gutters at heights exceeding our safety protocols.
  • When is payment taken for services?
    At Careful Cleans we value transparency and convenience when it comes to payment for our services. Payment is due 24 hours before your service. We will provide a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment.
